Maydare Tensei Monogatari - Kono Sekai de Ichiban Warui Majo

Born into a noble house tainted by the shadow of an infamous witch, Makia has always carried the weight of her bloodline’s dark legacy. Her only solace was Thor, a boy from another world who was raised alongside her and became her closest companion. But their fragile peace shatters when Thor is unexpectedly chosen to serve as the ordained knight of the realm’s "Savior"—a sacred role that elevates him far beyond her reach. Torn apart by duty and destiny, Makia refuses to accept a future without him. Determined to bridge the gulf that now separates them, she sets her sights on Magic School, the most prestigious academy in the kingdom. Surrounded by rival prodigies and haunted by whispers of her ancestry, Makia vows to rise above every obstacle and claim the rank of top student—not for glory, but for the slender hope that such achievement might grant her the power and influence to stand beside Thor once more. Yet as she delves deeper into her studies, she begins to uncover unsettling truths about the very magic that flows in her veins, and the sinister fate awaiting the world’s so-called savior. To reclaim her bond with Thor, Makia must not only master her craft but also confront the terrifying possibility that the witch’s curse she was born with may be the key to saving—or destroying—everything she loves.
