Summary
Official Details
Okunotorishima International Airport offers every amenity a traveler could desire, including a bar, restaurant, and duty-free shop. It even features a unique runway originally constructed for the Space Shuttle. However, situated on a remote southern Japanese island, the facility sees very few passengers. This isolation makes it the ideal posting for Cerezo Shitodoha, the airport’s chief and the aviation industry’s most notorious slacker. With her romantic life in turmoil and family relations at a standstill, she has transformed a high-stress position into a relaxed tropical lifestyle, spending her days sunbathing on the tarmac, lounging at the bar, and playfully teasing the equally underutilized immigration officer. Yet, her apparent laziness should never be mistaken for incompetence. Even during an emergency jumbo jet landing, Cerezo remains fully capable of guiding aircraft to safety, all while wearing flip-flops and bikini bottoms.
