Yang God Shinji Ikari

In the vast subterranean palace beneath Third New Tokyo, Shinji Ikari sits enthroned at the center, his authority radiating like a scorching sun. He has just summarily executed the vice-commander—a deed that would normally demand a full tribunal presided over by the commander himself, followed by ratification from the SEELE elders. Yet Shinji acted on his own, wielding a power that surpasses even the supreme commander, making him the de facto overlord of NERV. Before him, hundreds of NERV combat operatives gather in solemn assembly. Among them steps forward Rei Ayanami, the cold and celebrated pilot of Unit-00, whose distinguished battle record is known to all. She offers her unwavering loyalty with a curt, respectful address. Shinji receives her pledge with practiced ease, promising her rich rewards once he eliminates Gendo Ikari and seizes the commandership of NERV for himself. At his signal, the entire hall rises as one, their voices harmonized as if drilled a thousand times, hailing their master with chants of eternal blessings and prophesying his inevitable ascension to unite the world under NERV's banner. Even the mightiest Eva pilots clamor to curry his favor, clinging tightly to his rising star. Shinji's prestige blazes like a noonday sun—unyielding, omnipotent, and consuming all beneath its glare.
