WORKING!!

Souta Takanashi begins working at Wagnaria, a local family restaurant, after being drawn in by Poplar, a charming and petite 17-year-old who appears to be much younger. As he navigates his new job, he encounters a cast of eccentric characters, including Satou, the skilled chef with a secret crush on Yachiyo, and Kyoko, their boss who has an unrelenting sweet tooth. The restaurant's dynamics are further complicated by Souma, Satou's cooking assistant, who uses his ability to uncover secrets to manipulate those around him, except for Inami, a girl with an intense phobia of men who consistently outmaneuvers him. Meanwhile, Aoi, a new employee with unclear motives, discovers Souma's vulnerability to tears, adding another layer of complexity to the workplace. As Takanashi, a high school student with a fondness for small things, tries to make sense of his chaotic work environment, he must find a way to cope with the unique personalities and quirks of his coworkers.
