Behemoth no Hanamuko

Over a decade ago, the world was irrevocably altered when aberrant beings—creatures plucked straight from the annals of myth and legend—materialized across every continent. In response to this existential threat, nations assembled their finest specialists, warriors trained in esoteric arts who would come to be known as exorcists. Among their ranks is Tojuro, a young man who never sought this perilous calling. Bound to the family trade by circumstances beyond his control, he quietly yearns for a life of quiet normalcy, far removed from the chaos of his daily duties. Yet fate has little regard for such wishes. During what should have been a routine mission, Tojuro comes face-to-face with Behemoth—a sacred beast of ancient lore, considered the pinnacle of terror and power. But the reality before him defies every legend ever written. Instead of the earth-shattering colossus of scripture, he finds a being of breathtaking beauty, taking the form of a woman rather than a monstrous creature. This encounter shatters his understanding of the enemy he fights and thrusts him into a bewildering new reality, one where the lines between monster and savior blur, and where his dream of an ordinary life slips further from his grasp with every passing moment.
