A series of mysterious child disappearances has sparked widespread anxiety among parents. One distraught mother is seen wandering the streets, asking strangers if they have heard of the swallow that cries at night. A bar waitress encounters her and invites her inside to share her story. Within the bar, the waitress, the bartender, and a young girl listen as the mother speaks before departing. After she leaves, the staff can only wait. The little girl then vanishes from the bar and reappears on the streets, where she tracks down the missing child and follows her, leading to an unforeseen discovery.
