Soloist in a Cage

Chloe and her infant brother, Locke, were born inside a prison as vast as a city—a walled enclave of dilapidated structures teeming with dangerous inmates, living bleak, isolated existences. With their parents gone, Chloe bore the sole responsibility of caring for Locke. When a trio of soldiers managed to break out of the prison, Chloe escaped alongside them, but in the chaos, she lost Locke. After years of intensive training, she returns to the prison-city with a single purpose: to find her brother, now eleven years old, and get him out of that hellish place—no matter the cost.
