Noel the Mortal Fate

Noel Cerquetti is a girl who lost her arms and legs as the price of a contract. Now, together with the great devil Caron, she sets out to take her revenge against one man. That man is Burrows, the mayor of LaPlace—hailed as the "pride of the citizens" and beloved by the people for bringing peace to a city once overrun by the mafia. Why does this girl burn with such fury to see this unrivaled man brought down? Struggling to even stand without her limbs, Noel refuses to abandon her path of revenge, while Caron watches her plight without mercy—yet at times risks his own life to support her. Driven by vengeance, the pair begins their pursuit of Burrows.
