Needless

In the year 2130, following the devastating third world war, vast contaminated areas known as "Blackspots" emerged throughout Japan, prompting the construction of large Walls to quarantine these hazardous regions. Over time, signs of life appeared within these wastelands, and among the survivors who had been abandoned inside the Blackspots, individuals with extraordinary abilities began to emerge. These possessors of supernatural powers, which include control over fire, wind, and brute strength, were feared and ostracized by others, earning them the label "Needless" – a term used to define those who were deemed unnecessary and unwanted due to their exceptional and often intimidating capabilities.
