If Yuko Fights

Once every few centuries, 496 demons from the demon world each select a human champion to compete in a brutal tournament called "Diabloli". The lone human representative chosen by each demon must battle the others until only one remains. The unlikely protagonist is a small high school girl, chosen by the demon she affectionately dubs "Gi-chan". Granted dominion over fire and the privilege of a single wish, she makes a request that confounds all expectations—she simply wishes to go to school. This is the comedic, action-packed adventure of a girl who just wants a normal student life, even as she is thrust into a supernatural war for survival.
