Ajin: Demi-Human

After a fatal traffic accident, high school student Kei Nagai dies on the spot—only to awaken moments later, very much alive. His inexplicable recovery forces him to confront a disturbing possibility: he may not be entirely human. Believed to be one of the rare, nearly immortal beings known as demi-humans, Kei possesses not only the power of physical regeneration but also the ability to perceive supernatural entities. Fearful and confused, he flees, with his friend helping him evade society's grasp. Yet escape proves short-lived, as a relentless manhunt closes in around him. Before long, Kei finds himself thrust into the heart of a growing conflict between humanity and his own kind—one that threatens to erupt into a devastating war waged through terror.
