Nino Arisugawa loves to sing, and her voice is what carries her through her first heartbreaking farewell, when Momo—her cherished childhood friend—moves away. She later forms a close bond with Yuzu, a music composer, only to endure yet another sorrowful parting. Before they separate, both boys make Nino the same promise: that someday they will find her again through her singing. Clinging to that hope, she never stops raising her voice. Now in high school, Nino unexpectedly crosses paths with Yuzu once more—yet she still yearns to see Momo again.
