Ranobe no Hen!

Sugano Ikkei is a typical teenager at his high school and lives with his older brother Hyakkei, an editor at a publishing company. When Hyakkei breaks his leg and is hospitalized, he asks Ikkei to impersonate him for a crucial meeting with Tokito Aona, a shy writer. Ikkei successfully navigates the meeting without revealing his true identity, but his life becomes complicated when he is forced to continue posing as his brother for another meeting with Fujimaki Misuzu, an artist relocating to Tokyo. As it turns out, both Tokito and Fujimaki are in the same class as Ikkei, prompting him to juggle his dual roles as Hyakkei, the editor, and Ikkei, the classmate, all while keeping his secret hidden.
