Otome Drops

Otome Drops gathers a collection of short romantic tales in which attraction and animosity prove to be two sides of the same coin. Airi and Taichi can barely stand one another, yet sharing a home with only paper-thin walls between them means their private moments are never truly private—and the closeness of their living arrangement steadily stirs up complications neither of them anticipated. In another story, a boy stumbles upon a mysterious girl performing a strange love ritual over a classmate's desk and finds himself unwillingly recruited into her scheme to win that classmate over. Desperate to escape the unwanted role of helper, he sets out to disgust her enough to break free—but his plan only entangles him further. Meanwhile, an unfortunate younger brother falls entirely at the mercy of his two cruel older sisters, who bind him and subject him to their relentless teasing. Rounding out the volume are additional encounters—a seasonal festival, a stormy night, and other chance moments—each tracing how everyday relationships can unexpectedly tip into something far more intimate.
