Summary

Official Details
In the depths of a forest stands an old piano, abandoned and forgotten by the world. For a young boy named Kai, this lonely instrument became his most cherished toy—the piano on which he grew up playing, despite being unable to read so much as a single note of sheet music. Kai's solitary existence takes a turn when he crosses paths with Shuhei Amamiya, an aspiring young pianist who transfers to his school from Tokyo, and Sosuke Ajino, their shared music teacher. Ajino was once a pianist of extraordinary promise, until a tragic accident claimed the brilliant future that lay before him. Coming from entirely different walks of life, the three find themselves drawn into one another's orbit, their contrasting personalities clashing and resonating in equal measure. Through it all, the forest piano endures in patient silence, waiting for the hands that will finally bring it back to life.
