Seigi, a martial arts-trained middle schooler, is driven to protect the weaker people around him. After defending a homeless man against punks, he receives a strange tattoo on his palm in return. Unbeknownst to him, this tattoo is a secret weapon developed in the arms race between America and the Serinistan Kingdom. When a powerful girl, also possessing the same secret weapon, violently pursues him to retrieve it, Seigi finds himself in over his head. With his martial arts skills unable to guarantee his survival, he must learn to unlock the power of his tattoo in time to stay alive.
