Lee Mokhwa is trapped in an endless cycle, reliving Christmas Eve on December 24th over and over again. While the rest of the world remains oblivious to the repetition, Mokhwa retains full awareness of the time loop, knowing exactly what will happen each day despite no external signs or forecasts. He is not clairvoyant; he has simply lived this same date countless times. The only other person who appears conscious of the recurring day is Choi Gyun, a childhood friend from whom Mokhwa had long since drifted apart. Despite their estrangement, they now spend each repeated Christmas Eve together. However, Gyun consistently avoids discussing the anomaly. Convinced that his friend holds crucial knowledge or may even be responsible for the phenomenon, Mokhwa becomes determined to confront him and break the unending chain of December 24th.
