The Lady and the Beast

After a lifetime steeped in bloodshed and heartbreak, the great Empress Martina is reborn as Astina, the brilliant daughter of a modest count. Her peaceful new existence crumbles, however, when her family's financial ruin forces her father to marry her off to the fearsome Archduke Atalenta. All of noble society knows him as "Terriod the Beast," a man transformed into a savage monster by a family curse. Fortunately for Astina, even the deadly beast of Atalenta poses no challenge to a former empress and her mighty sword. High society is left stunned when the new archduchess tames her husband with effortless ease and claims the role of family head for herself. Yet the greatest shock of all belongs to Astina, whose single casual kiss restores Terriod to his human form. Not only does he bear an uncanny resemblance to the lover she lost in her past life, but he also remembers nothing of her from his days as a wolf. Despite these awkward circumstances, can this formidable new couple join hands to rule the archduchy together?
