Hinata to Mikasa

Every classroom has its invisible walls, and Mikasa Otsuka seems to live behind one of them. Arriving as the newest transfer student, Mikasa carries a gloomy, guarded air that keeps classmates at arm's length—a self-contained loner far more at home with silence than with small talk. Then there is Hinata Yakumo, Mikasa's complete opposite. Brash, loud, and endlessly energetic, Hinata barrels through school life at full speed, handing out easy smiles and instant friendliness to everyone within reach. Where one retreats into the shadows, the other blazes brightly at the very center of attention. Set on a collision course, these two temperaments could hardly be more mismatched. Their story traces the trials and tribulations between two hot-blooded young people—a push-and-pull between a withdrawn newcomer and an unstoppable social force, in which stubborn pride, fierce passion, and clashing personalities turn each encounter into a spark waiting to catch fire.
