Hundred Ghosts Record

Li Yitai was an ordinary office worker grinding through yet another round of overtime when death came for him without warning. His soul is escorted to the underworld, where he assumes the afterlife will proceed as it should. Instead, when the Book of Life and Death is consulted, a shocking discovery comes to light: his name appears nowhere within its pages. In the eyes of the underworld, Li Yitai never officially existed at all—and a soul whose existence cannot be confirmed cannot be granted reincarnation. Stranded in this impossible limbo, Li Yitai finds an unexpected path open before him. Through a twist of fate, he takes on the role of a "ghost errand runner," charged with hunting down and capturing the evil spirits that lurk beyond the veil of the living world. Yet with every spirit he pursues, he draws closer to answers he never sought. As he navigates the shadowy passages between the realms of the dead, fragments of a buried past begin to surface—and Li Yitai slowly unravels the hidden truth about who, and what, he really is.
