"My body is female, but inside I am male." These quiet words capture the daily reality of Ryuu, a high school student caught between the reflection in the mirror and the person he truly is. Burdened by dysphoria and the exhausting struggle for acceptance, Ryuu drifts through each day feeling unseen—until an unexpected encounter alters the course of his life. That encounter comes in the form of Jin, a man with a deep, infectious passion for clothing. Through Jin's eyes, fashion is more than fabric; it is a language of self-expression, a way to declare to the world exactly who you are. As their friendship grows, Ryuu begins to envision a version of himself he never dared imagine before. Together, the two set out to demolish the "obvious" and the "discomforting"—the clothes that confine rather than express. Blending raw street style with heartfelt emotion, Boys Run the Riot is a rugged fashion story about identity, courage, and the liberation that comes from dressing as your true self.
