In the magical kingdom of Nagasaki prefecture, Japan, wizards reside, confined to the island of Kyushu and unable to cross the ocean. Against this backdrop, 10-year-old Mizukura Risuka, daughter of the most powerful wizard alive, embarks on a perilous journey to find her father and eliminate evil wizards. Risuka possesses a unique gift - her blood contains spells that manipulate time, allowing her to fast-forward her life. Furthermore, her ultimate technique enables her to reform into her 27-year-old self, at the pinnacle of her powers, for one minute after a bloody death. Guiding Risuka through the world of ordinary humans is the genius and sociopathic Kugi Kizutaka, also 10 years old. With a twisted worldview, Kizutaka believes that happiness can only be achieved through his own rule, and he views everyone, including Risuka, as potential pawns to be exploited. As Risuka navigates this treacherous landscape, she must confront the darkness within herself and the true nature of her guide, all while facing the looming threat of another catastrophic event.
