Slow Motion wo Mou Ichido

Ootaki is a first-year high school student who harbors a deep, closely guarded secret. While his peers are entirely unaware of his true passions, he is an avid enthusiast of 1980s music and classic pop idols. In an environment where such retro interests might seem out of place among modern teenagers, he keeps this hobby hidden from the rest of the student body, navigating his daily school life without ever revealing the nostalgic melodies that truly captivate him. His quiet routine takes an unexpected turn when he makes a surprising discovery about Yakushimaru, the classmate seated right beside him. Beneath her everyday demeanor, she shares the exact same fascination with the music and idol culture of the 1980s. This shared passion bridges the gap between two otherwise ordinary classmates, transforming their adjacent desks into the starting point of an unexpected connection. What begins as a simple coincidence gradually opens the door to a unique bond, allowing both students to finally share their beloved retro interests with someone who truly understands them.
