Shoukichi is a dedicated hairstylist whose unfriendly demeanor and overly serious nature leave him struggling with unpopularity. His routine is disrupted when Fukusuke, a highly skilled yet frivolous and sarcastic top stylist, joins Shoukichi’s salon. The tension between the two escalates after Fukusuke misses the last train one evening, prompting Shoukichi to reluctantly let him spend the night at his apartment.
