Night at the Crossroads

Seo Yiyeon’s life has been defined by misfortune from the very beginning. At twenty years old, she woke up in a hospital room with absolutely no memory of her past. On the day she was finally discharged, she witnessed something she was never meant to see. From that moment on, survival became her only priority. Desperate to heal, to live a normal life, and to keep the crushing loneliness from destroying her, she fought tirelessly for years. Eventually, the countless fractures in her life seemed to settle, buried under the dust of time and nearly forgotten. However, the fragile peace she built is shattered on her twenty-ninth birthday. A mysterious man suddenly appears before her and asks a single, unsettling question: "Have you ever lost something important?" With those words, the calm surface of Yiyeon's carefully constructed daily life begins to violently tremble once again, pulling her back toward the shadows she tried so hard to escape.
