A Priest in Gotham: Picking Up a Little Boy at the Start

Roland transmigrates into the famously "wholesome" city of Gotham and awakens a unique system that grants him explosive rewards for performing good deeds. Initially, he commits himself to being a genuinely helpful priest, dedicating his life to serving the citizens. Simple acts of kindness yield modest returns: helping an elderly woman cross the street earns him one Goodwill Point, while feeding a homeless child nets him ten. For a time, Roland is content with this quiet path of benevolence. However, everything changes when he discovers a far more lucrative method of farming points. By turning the Riddler's complex puzzles into cheap jokes, he gains fifty points. Applying agricultural fertilizer to Poison Ivy's plants yields a hundred. The rewards skyrocket from there—breaking Bane's spine earns him two hundred points, and completely ruining the Joker's schemes grants a massive thousand. Realizing where his true calling lies, Roland abandons his peaceful charity work and dedicates himself entirely to a new mission: making life an absolute nightmare for every supervillain in Gotham.
