Kyouran Kazoku Nikki

Millennia ago, the god of destruction Enka perished with a prophecy: its child would one day bring about the world’s end. Ages later, possible offspring of Enka—some human, some decidedly not—are discovered and gathered for the Peaceful Family Operation. Their goal is twofold: determine which candidate is the true child of Enka and prevent that child from destroying the world by instilling in them the value of familial love. At the center of this effort is a wildly unconventional household. Its “mother” is a catgirl, its “sons” include a lion and a living land-combat android weapon, and its “daughter” is a jellyfish-like being from another world. The “father” is an unfortunate 27-year-old military officer tasked with holding this bizarre family together. Assembled by the Imperial Japanese Anti-Paranormal Phenomena Section’s Special Operations Forces, this mismatched clan must navigate its not-so-normal daily life while working to save Earth in 2063.
