As vice-captain of the Black Rain Force, Garland Noyce has lived with a terrible secret: since childhood, his heart has been parasitized by the Devil Asmodeus. The possession is inevitable, and its arrival is near. Garland knows he is not long for this world, and he has little time left before the devil claims him completely.
