Defense Devil

Mephisto Bart K쪺ra, a devil lawyer, strives to collect enough Dark Matter to return to the demon world from which he was exiled. His plan involves claiming the Dark Matter from the souls of sinners sentenced to hell by proving their innocence, thereby acquiring the Dark Matter for himself. However, his inherently kind personality continually hinders his progress, as he finds himself using up the Dark Matter to defend the souls against the Shinigami, guardians of the underworld, who have come to escort them to hell. This moral conflict poses a significant challenge to Mephisto's goal, as his compassionate nature leads him to deplete the very resource he needs to accumulate in order to return home.
