Together Forever

Following the sudden and tragic passing of her father, Takatsukasa Hikaru is left without a guardian. In the wake of this devastating loss, she is taken in by her cousin, Kuzukiri Kiyomizu, who opens his home to provide her with stability during an incredibly difficult time. What begins as a necessary family arrangement quickly evolves into something far more complicated for the grieving young woman. As they begin living together under the same roof, Hikaru finds herself overwhelmed by deep romantic feelings for her cousin. Unable to contain her emotions, she boldly confesses that she is madly in love with him, hoping to transform their familial bond into a romantic one. Her earnest declaration, however, is met with immediate resistance. Kiyomizu firmly rejects her advances, making it abundantly clear that he has no intention of entertaining such a relationship. Unwilling to view her as anything other than a relative in need of care, he shuts down her affections entirely. This stark difference in expectations creates a tense emotional dynamic within their shared household, leaving Hikaru caught between her profound grief, her unyielding devotion, and the painful reality of his absolute refusal.
