Primitive Boyfriend

Exhausted by the passive, unassertive men of the modern world, Mito longs for a partner with genuine strength and presence. Desperate to find her ideal boyfriend—a truly rugged, tough guy—she makes a heartfelt wish that is answered in the most unexpected way imaginable. Instead of meeting someone from her own era, she is suddenly transported more than two hundred million years into the past, arriving in a prehistoric age long before the rise of humankind. There, she encounters Garhi, a fur-covered primitive man who appears as much ape as he does human. Though he is far removed from any contemporary standard of romance, Mito must grapple with whether this wild, ancient figure is truly the man of her dreams. This hilarious shoujo series follows her unconventional journey as she navigates a prehistoric landscape and explores a romance quite literally built for the ages.
