Gajeongbureul Butakae

When college student Ban Chan accidentally strikes his wealthy underclassman Doyun’s car with his motorcycle and flees the scene, he believes he has escaped the consequences. However, Doyun quickly tracks him down, demanding ten million won in damages. Already drowning in debt and completely broke, Ban Chan finds himself trapped. His life unravels rapidly as he loses both his girlfriend and his job, leaving him with no choice but to work off the massive debt by serving as Doyun’s temporary housekeeper. As they spend more time together, Ban Chan uncovers the dark reality behind Doyun’s privileged exterior. Doyun comes from a deeply dysfunctional family, having suffered abuse from his own brother simply for being gay. Worse still, he is relentlessly stalked by an obsessed stepsister who delusionally insists they are destined to marry. Desperate to escape her harassment, Doyun proposes a deal: if Ban Chan pretends to be his romantic partner, he will significantly reduce the debt. Ban Chan agrees to the arrangement, stepping into a fabricated relationship born out of necessity. Yet, as their charade deepens, the line between performance and reality begins to blur, forcing both young men to confront unexpected genuine feelings.
