Ultra Red

Noriyuki Inou is a brilliant and promising young officer within the Investigation Division of the Japan Self-Defense Forces. Known among his peers as an exceptionally capable operative, he combines elite combat proficiency with sharp intellect, though he remains a quiet and brooding presence.
