After dropping out of high school, Kwon Dae-Gun spends his days studying for his qualification exams while working a part-time job at a local convenience store. His quiet routine is abruptly interrupted when he gets into an altercation with a group of thugs. Displaying remarkable combat ability, Dae-Gun effortlessly overpowers them—an unexpected display of strength that does not go unnoticed. An Educational Foundation, which has been secretly monitoring him for quite some time, approaches him with an unusual proposition: a specialized project known as "The Bully In Charge." After careful deliberation, Dae-Gun accepts their offer and enrolls in a high school operated by the foundation. His mission within the school's halls is far from ordinary. Tasked by the foundation, Dae-Gun must systematically dismantle the institution's entrenched hierarchy of delinquents. Following a strict order provided by his benefactors, he targets and defeats the core bullies one by one, using his formidable skills to bring order to a chaotic environment from the inside out.
