Shirogane is a high school student burdened by an extreme sensitivity to odors, a condition that turns his daily life into an agonizing ordeal. Every scent in his environment overwhelms him, making ordinary interactions nearly unbearable. Just when he believes there is no escape from this constant torment, he unexpectedly discovers a singular aroma capable of soothing his frayed nerves and bringing him genuine relief. The source of this comforting fragrance belongs to the last person he would ever expect: Toguro, a strict, glasses-wearing classmate with whom he has always clashed bitterly. The two have a long history of animosity, constantly fighting like cats and dogs whenever they cross paths. Yet, despite their relentless bickering, Toguro’s natural scent possesses an inexplicable calming effect on Shirogane’s hypersensitive senses. Drawn repeatedly toward his rival for the sake of his own comfort, Shirogane begins to spend more time near him, gradually breaking down the walls of hostility between them.
