Rina and Hibiki live next door to each other and attend the same school, yet their relationship is defined by constant friction rather than neighborly warmth. Despite sharing a daily commute and navigating the same hallways, the two teenagers simply cannot get along. Their clashing personalities create an ongoing tension that colors every interaction they have, making them unlikely candidates for anything resembling friendship or romance. The dynamic between them shifts dramatically when Rina finds herself targeted by a persistent stalker. Desperate to drive the unwanted pursuer away, she makes the impulsive decision to pretend that Hibiki is her boyfriend. However, what begins as a simple ruse quickly spirals out of her control. In the midst of their charade, Hibiki unexpectedly steals Rina’s first kiss, shattering the boundaries of their fake arrangement. Left furious and deeply flustered by his sudden audacity, Rina confronts him over the stolen moment. Rather than offering an apology or backing down from his actions, Hibiki remains entirely unapologetic.
