Seikou Tenshi Yarinikuru

For as long as he can remember, a young man named Ichizu Michisada has been haunted by recurring dreams of making this enigmatic promise to someone from his past. Though the memory remains frustratingly out of reach, it lingers in his mind like an unresolved mystery waiting to be unraveled. His ordinary life is abruptly turned upside down when a striking celestial visitor suddenly appears before him. Yarinikuru is a silver-haired, red-eyed angel with a notoriously carefree attitude and a revealing wardrobe that leaves very little to the imagination. She arrives with a bold declaration: she has been dispatched directly from the heavenly realm for one specific purpose. According to Yarinikuru, her divine mission is to fulfill the childhood vow Ichizu has only ever experienced in his sleep.
