Koisuru Kiseichuu

A man burdened by severe compulsive tendencies finds himself entirely unable to maintain steady employment, leaving him isolated from the normal rhythms of daily life. His path unexpectedly crosses with that of a young girl who has withdrawn from her education, choosing instead to spend her days skipping school due to a deep fascination with insects. Though they come from different walks of life, their shared struggles create an immediate and profound connection between them. As their bond deepens, the two begin to rely on one another for emotional support, working together to slowly reintegrate into a society that has largely left them behind. Through this mutual effort, their companionship blossoms into genuine romantic love. However, their hard-won happiness is threatened by a deeply unsettling complication. The couple must contend with a bizarre and disturbing reality: there are parasites living inside their heads, casting a dark shadow over their fragile attempt at a normal life together.
