Thirty-year-old Asahi Hinode lives comfortably with her parents and has absolutely no intention of ever getting married. Her firm stance on romance stems from a turbulent family history: having watched her grandmother, mother, and sisters endure multiple divorces, she grew up surrounded by endless marital disputes. For Hinode, avoiding matrimony entirely seems like the only logical path to a peaceful life. However, her quiet routine is unexpectedly disrupted when her home washing machine breaks down, forcing her to visit a nearby laundromat. While she sits reading a book and waiting for her laundry cycle to finish, a bizarre figure clad in a spacesuit suddenly approaches her. This eccentric stranger declares themselves to be an angel and delivers an unsettling prophecy: Hinode is destined to soon cross paths with three different men, and she will ultimately marry one of them. Now, a woman who has spent her entire life running from the institution of marriage must face a cosmic prediction that threatens to pull her directly into it.
