Working as the personal manager for a famous actress is far less glamorous than it sounds. Hyojung spends her days relegated to the sidelines, endlessly running errands for her cousin Yeonkyung, a celebrated star whose demanding lifestyle leaves little room for Hyojung’s own ambitions. Trapped in this exhausting dynamic, Hyojung’s routine takes an unexpected turn when Yeonkyung presents her with a highly unusual proposition: she wants Hyojung to help her secretly date Seungyun, currently the most sought-after actor in South Korea. What begins as a simple favor quickly spirals into something far more complicated. Driven by lingering resentment toward her overbearing cousin, Hyojung decides to use the situation to get back at Yeonkyung by initiating a fake relationship with Seungyun herself. The arrangement is supposed to be purely strategic—a fabricated romance designed to serve a specific purpose without any genuine attachment. However, as Hyojung and Seungyun continue their charade, the carefully drawn boundaries between performance and reality begin to blur. They promised themselves that no real emotions would be involved, but maintaining that illusion may prove to be the hardest role either of them has ever played.
