Summary

Official Details
This volume collects three chilling one-shot stories crafted by Jiro Akagawa and Yoko Matsumoto. In "Doll House," unsettling events begin to plague a young woman named Akimi after an unseen tenant moves into the vacant apartment directly below hers. No one has ever laid eyes on this mysterious neighbor, yet everyday objects—first a desk, then a bicycle, and finally her own mother—start vanishing from the building without explanation. In "Norou Ningyou," sixteen-year-old Mariko, the daughter of a wealthy family, sees her birthday celebration ruined when her crush, Takayuki, arrives accompanied by her friend Mio. Seeking comfort among her gifts, she discovers a sinister cursing doll paired with instructions detailing how to use it against her enemies. The final tale, "Shinku no Kage," follows Kaoru, who recalls a fateful summer spent at her family’s mountain vacation home during her childhood. While exploring the basement with her younger brother Kazurou, they stumble upon a mysterious coffin. As she turns to leave, Kaoru hears a faint voice whispering, "Please move me." Unbeknownst to her, answering that plea marks the beginning of a devastating tragedy destined to consume her entire family.
