Yuuyake Rocket Pencil

After her mother walks out on the family, young Satomi continues to wait patiently for her return at their modest neighborhood stationery shop. The absence takes a heavy toll on her father, who gradually withdraws from reality. Immersing himself in otaku culture and abandoning all motivation, he ultimately decides to shut down the store for good. For Satomi, however, closing the shop means losing the one place where her mother might still come back. Desperate to preserve that fragile hope, the elementary school girl pleads with her father to hand the business over to her instead. Taking on a responsibility far beyond her years, Satomi steps up to manage the storefront entirely on her own. Yuuyake Rocket Pencil chronicles her heartfelt journey as she navigates the daily challenges and quiet victories of running a small shop, driven by unwavering determination and the enduring love for her family. This edition also includes two bonus chapters.
