Vampires are beings of near-demigod status, living secretly by blending seamlessly into human society. Among them is Edward, affectionately known as Eddie, a vampire cursed with remarkably weak supernatural abilities. Struggling to survive and prove himself among his powerful kin, Eddie sets his sights on an easy target: Joshua, a timid nerd who appears entirely defenseless and ripe for the hunt.
