Gozen 3-ji no Muhouchitai

Momoko harbors a lifelong dream of becoming a professional illustrator, but her career takes an unexpected turn when she lands a job at a hyper-paced design firm specializing in pachinko parlors. Far from the creative sanctuary she envisioned, the workplace operates with the ruthless intensity of a yakuza syndicate. The environment is overwhelmingly chaotic, populated by deeply eccentric colleagues—including a designer notorious for stripping without warning in the dead of night. Convinced that the staff is far beyond merely unusual, Momoko quickly realizes she has stepped into a world governed by its own bizarre rules. Trapped in a grueling cycle of relentless all-nighters, she finds herself unable to even return home. The office atmosphere is thick with cigarette smoke and dominated by a rigid culture where women's authority is consistently sidelined. Surrounded by fumes and exhaustion, Momoko is left to question her choices, wondering how her artistic aspirations led her to such a lawless and demanding corner of the industry. As the clock strikes three in the morning, she can only ask herself what exactly she is doing there.
