I’m the Evil Lord of an Intergalactic Empire!

In his previous existence, Liam Sera Banfield lived as an honorable and dutiful man, only to be rewarded with crushing debt and the ultimate betrayal by his own wife. Dying with nothing, he is granted a second chance at life, reincarnating into the aristocratic ruling family of a sprawling interstellar empire. Armed with the bitter lessons of his past, Liam recognizes a harsh universal truth: society is divided between those who are trampled underfoot and those who do the trampling. Vowing never to be a victim again, he resolves to become a ruthless tyrant, seizing whatever he desires and living entirely for his own selfish ambitions. However, his grand plans for villainy consistently unravel in the most unexpected ways. No matter how hard Liam strives to act as a despotic overlord, his choices inadvertently trigger waves of unprecedented peace and economic prosperity throughout his domain. Instead of inciting fear and rebellion, his misguided attempts at tyranny continually improve the lives of his subjects. To his endless frustration, the self-proclaimed evil lord finds himself growing more beloved by the day, trapped in a cosmic irony where his worst intentions yield only heroic results.
