K: Days of Blue

Operating under the official guise of Annex 4 within the Census Division of the Tokyo Regional Legal Affairs Bureau, SCEPTER 4 is a specialized police organization tasked with maintaining order in a world where extraordinary abilities exist. To the public, they are simply another government agency handling administrative duties, but behind closed doors, their true mandate is far more dangerous. They serve as an elite law enforcement unit dedicated to tracking down and neutralizing criminals who possess unique, supernatural skills that threaten the safety of ordinary citizens. The officers of SCEPTER 4 navigate a complex landscape of power and authority, balancing their bureaucratic cover with the intense demands of their covert operations. While apprehending rogue individuals with special abilities forms the core of their daily missions, the organization's ultimate focus extends beyond conventional criminal enforcement. As they delve deeper into the hidden conflicts shaping their world, the members of SCEPTER 4 find themselves confronting a much larger mystery. Their true target remains shrouded in secrecy, driving the unit toward an inevitable clash that will test their resolve, their loyalties, and the very limits of their own formidable powers.
