Following a corporate reorganization, dedicated secretary Yo Saito is reassigned to serve under the company's newly appointed director, Hisatsugu Nabeshima. Despite rumors that Nabeshima has never actually worked a day in a traditional office environment, he proves to be unexpectedly charismatic, effortlessly leaving his new subordinate completely captivated. However, Yo's admiration quickly turns to despair when the enigmatic director bluntly remarks that Yo falls short of his expectations for a proper secretary. Stung by the harsh criticism and overwhelmed by a confusing mix of frustration and infatuation, Yo loses his professional composure during a drunken night out.
