Deltora Quest

The kingdom of Deltora is plunged into turmoil following the mysterious deaths of its King and Queen. Their young son, Endon, inherits the legendary Belt of Deltora and is crowned as the new ruler. Amidst this fragile transition of power, Jarred—an orphan and Endon’s closest companion—uncovers a sinister conspiracy designed to destroy the royal family from within. Before he can alert his newly crowned friend, Jarred is falsely accused of murder. He barely manages to flee the castle alive, yet this harrowing escape does not break his resolve. Instead, the determined warrior secretly pledges his unwavering loyalty to Endon and the realm they both love. As the threat escalates, the malevolent Shadow Lord marshals his forces for an imminent invasion, leaving Deltora more vulnerable than ever before. The kingdom's survival now hinges on those willing to stand against the encroaching darkness. With enemies gathering at the borders and treachery lurking inside the palace walls, Deltora desperately needs Jarred's courage and skill. Faced with overwhelming odds and a price on his head, he must decide whether to step out of hiding and answer his homeland's call.
