Futaba Shimeru appears to be an entirely ordinary high school student navigating the familiar routines of adolescence. As a dedicated member of his school’s wrestling club, he spends his days balancing athletic commitments with the everyday challenges of teenage life. Adding to his routine is a budding romance; he is gradually growing closer to Misaki, a somewhat awkward but endearing classmate who has captured his affection. For a time, his world seems perfectly stable and predictable. However, Futaba’s seemingly normal existence is abruptly upended when he uncovers a startling secret tied to his family’s lineage. He learns that he carries a hereditary genetic anomaly that activates during adolescence, fundamentally altering his biology. Whenever he experiences sudden spikes of excitement or stress, his body involuntarily changes sex. Although this unpredictable condition will eventually become manageable over time, his current lack of control transforms every emotional high or stressful moment into a trigger for sudden physical transformation. What follows is a chaotic chain of events as Futaba struggles to keep his volatile new reality hidden from those around him.
