Lychee Light Club

In a bleak, soot-stained industrial town, a group of middle school boys finds its only refuge in the Light Club, a clandestine brotherhood operating out of an abandoned factory. Bound together by adolescent fears and a fierce desire to isolate themselves from the outside world, these young members have dedicated their efforts to a singular, ambitious project. They stand on the precipice of activating their ultimate creation: a "thinking machine" uniquely powered by lychee fruits, representing the pinnacle of their collective ingenuity and devotion. However, as their technological marvel nears completion, the fragile solidarity among the boys begins to fracture into something far more sinister. What started as a childhood pact driven by a fear of girls rapidly deteriorates into a toxic environment defined by murderous paranoia and authoritarian extremism. Their secret society devolves into a totalitarian regime echoing fascist ideologies, where loyalty is enforced through violence and suspicion reigns supreme. Beneath this ruthless pursuit of power lies a disturbing undercurrent of perverse aestheticism and deeply repressed desires.
